We offer beginner/injury recovery classes, challenging heat-building flow and hatha classes, Iyengar-based alignment and rope classes, yin, restorative, chair, senior and prenatal...if don't see what you need, it is easy to book a private session with one of our experts.
Soothing Soulful Exploration
We offer many opportunities to explore your your inner spirit through study groups, workshops and classes designed to bring happiness and harmony to your life.
First Fridays are especially special! Join our Reiki Masters, Reyna and Raquel, in a healing ceremony that combines ritual, music, chanting and profound energy healing. This is an experience you will remember and enjoy. We offer this as a donation class, no one excluded and everyone welcome. Jai!
This special class is offered by Audrey Villanueva, yoga teacher trained in the Lady Niguma Series, and sound healer.
Lady Niguma lived about 1000 years ago, and achieved the ultimate state of enlightenment, the rainbow body. She gave us the first yoga series ever created, which is based on the 7 main chakras.
After Audrey the guides you through the yoga series, you will rest in savasana while she skillfully plays the crystal bowls, bathing you in sound and healing vibrations.
This afternoon session is designed for Educators and those that work in a school district or similar environment. Emilee Riggins will skillful guide the participants though a mindfulness practice, imparting skills that can being practiced and carried forward.

A perfect pairing mid-week with Jenna Marie. Bring together wine and yoga and slip into class for some fun, relaxation, and let the anxiety fall away. We know wine relaxes the body and the mind, so let’s sip and practice our asanas, allow the body an even deeper state of relaxation, and have some fun!
Join us for a healthy, healing, fun experience every Friday night at 6pm. Our own Raquel Jander creates a one-of-a-kind experience every Friday night, adding elements in that stimulate your mind. Look for Chakra Focuses, Planetary Elements, Plants & Candle nights, and so much more.
The perfect way to balance your day, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga allows for all to find a satisfying balance of stress release, relaxation, and ease. Come join us to wind down, relax, and let go of all your built up stress and tension. Expect to feel loose, happy and relaxed in your body (and mind) after class. Many weekly classes are offered!
Our center is 1180 sqft with the capacity for 17 mat spaces in a class. Our ropes wall is set up to support 10 students per class. We look forward to welcoming you in!
