Physical Class Variety
We offer beginner/injury recovery classes, challenging heat-building flow and hatha classes, Iyengar-based alignment and rope classes, yin, restorative, chair, senior and prenatal...if don't see what you need, it is easy to book a private session with one of our experts.

It's time to shake things up and get out of your rut! Come join Kayla Garcia as she leads you through various inversion asanas designed for all levels and created to improve your mental health, circulation, immunity, energy levels, core strength, and balance!
This class is a moving meditation where we link breath to posture, flowing through mindful Asana and developing our breath. Astanga flow classes are accompanied by music and involve a mix of sun salutations, twists, backbends, balancing postures and inversions, as we draw from the primary series in Astanga yoga
Experience April Selby's guidance through this meditative practice based on the ancient tradition of Yoga Nidra and adapted to suit the conditions of modern life. When practiced regularly - little and often - iRest enables you to meet each moment of your life with unshakable peace and wellbeing, no matter how challenging or difficult your situation.
The ropes support your body, allowing you to experience traditional yoga poses in a whole new way. You’ll build strength, create length and deepen in your stretch, while gaining awareness in each pose.
The perfect way to end your day or week, this focus allows for all to find a satisfying balance of challenge, relaxation, and ease. Come join us to wind down, relax, and let go of all your built up stress and tension. Expect to feel loose, happy and relaxed in your body (and mind) after class.
Our center is 800 sqft with the capacity for 17 mat spaces in a class. Our ropes wall is set up to support nine students per class. We look forward to welcoming you in!
We are excited to be supporting our local Yoga Teacher, Nicole Sklar in her new business, Yoga De Luna. The mats are supple and inspiring, and her water bottles are exquisite. Come by, take a class and try out a mat!
