I have been practicing yoga for about 15 years in starts and fits with all the ebbs and flows of life, especially life with two children and a husband! I am also a marriage and family therapist and creative arts therapist (drama therapy), who has been helping clients for just as long.
Through all my studies in wellness, I have learned that we heal, grow, and become our best selves through the power of joy and connection. I am so grateful to have come to yoga practice as it has helped me in so many ways. I excitedly share what I have learned so more folks can feel “plugged-in,” connected to creation, energized, and joyful.
